Carlos A. Ponce de León - Partner and President

Over thirty years of vast experience in the engineering field mainly in the Protection and Control, Coordination Analysis and Studies, Operation and Maintenance of electrical power systems.  Ample experience in project development and project management including supervision and inspection of projects. Appointed as Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority's Head of the Operations and Head of the Electric System Maintenance Division responsible for the operation and electric maintenance of the Puerto Rico Electric Power System. Also responsible for PREPA's Energy Management System, Telecommunications System, Electric System Protection System, Control, Coordination Analysis, Studies and others. Active member of the Puerto Rico College of Engineers and Surveyors as a Professional Engineer, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and the Puerto Rico Electrical Engineers Society.

Frances E. Volckers Villamil – Partner and Vicepresident

Over nine years of proficient experience in the preparation and construction of maquettes (scale models) for architectural projects and designs. Performance engineering tasks in Electrical Power System Protection and Control, Coordination Analysis and Studies. Active member of the Puerto Rico College of Engineers and Surveyors and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers with a Master's Degree in Engineering Management.

José R. Lebrón González - Associate

Over thirty years of experience in the engineering field mainly in Telecommunications and Information Systems. Responsible for developing and managing major telecommunications system projects during the last two decades, including systems such as: microwave, PABX, VHF-UHF and trunked two way radio, data communication, supervisory control and data acquisition, communications towers, standby power systems, telemetering and other systems. Appointed as PREPA's Head of the Corporate Information Systems Division responsible for developing major information systems projects. Also was responsible or collaborated in major projects such as: Y2K effort, Optical Fiber Networks, Organization of a Decentralized Information System, New Energy Management System, Computerized Maintenance Management System, and others. Active member of the Puerto Rico College of Engineers and Surveyors as a Professional Engineer with a Master's Degree in Engineering Management. Member of the Polytechnic University's faculty since 1976 as a lecturer in Electrical Engineering. Worked as an applications engineer, responsible for the design and implementation of temperature control, fire alarm, perimeter protection and building automation systems.
